I have now been training/doing exercise for around a month after 7 months out with injury. On average this has included football 3 times a week and the gym twice a week so I thought it was going well. However I weighed myself this week and I am 13st stone for the first time in my life - the heaviest I have ever been.
This has me very worried so I have started to try and eat a little better. I am wary of getting to the age where I can't eat what I want without consequences (30). I have made the strategic decision to cut down on my 2 packets of crisp, 3 chocolate bars and 2 cans of pop a day. For now anyway as my self discipline is shocking.
I have set my aim to be 11.8st by the challenge which give me around 7 weeks to lose 20lbs - challenge on.
